Scott Hazelrigg, Principal, brings more than 25 years of experience as a nonprofit founder, lawyer, locally elected public school board member, long-tenured executive, and development expert. He is known for his ability to move across communities and perspectives, building trust and clarity in complex environments. His leadership of the NorthStar Foundation demonstrated a unique capacity to translate vision into structure, generate social capital, and inspire sustained community investment. Clients rely on his direct counsel, relational approach, and steady presence in moments that require both strategic rigor and human discernment.
